Neoprene Lining

Oil resistance, solvent resistance, oxidation resistance, general acid and alkali, salt and other medium corrosion resistance, not resistant to oxidative medium corrosion.

* Has excellent elasticity and wear resistance. But the cold resistance is poor.

*Applicable range: 1.0℃-80℃ non-strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing medium. It can measure abrasive weak sewage, mud and ore pulp.

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)One of the most widely used lining materials today because of its excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and low porosity. It is suitable for the measurement of corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. PTFE is also easy to clean and maintain, making it a popular choice in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

PFA

(Perfluoroalkoxy)

PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) is another fluoropolymer material with similar properties to PTFE, but with excellent mechanical strength and increased temperature resistance. It is ideal for measuring highly corrosive liquids and strong acids, so it is often used in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

F46

(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene)

* Hydrophobic and non-sticky.

*Corrosion resistance is second only to PFA.

*When the negative pressure resistance requirement is high, metal mesh can be added to improve the negative pressure resistance ability.

*Poor wear resistance.

*Applicable range: -25 degrees -100 degrees of non-strong wear media, sanitary media.

It is resistant to weak corrosive liquids and can be used for flow measurement of food-grade liquids, such as: drinking water, beer, beverages, etc.
It can also be used in industrial water, sewage, inorganic acid, weak corrosive media, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, urea, vinylon and other industries.

Ti

(Titanium)

Corrosion resistance to seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), organic acids, alkalis, etc., but not to pure reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). However, if the acid contains an oxidizing agent (eg nitric acid, FE+++, CU++), corrosion will be reduced.

Ta

(Tantalum)

Has excellent corrosion resistance, very similar to glass. Except for hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid and alkali, it is resistant to corrosion of almost all chemical media (including boiling point hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia and sulfuric acid below 175 degrees), but it is not corrosion resistant in alkali.

HC/HB

(Hastelloy)

It is resistant to corrosion by oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid, mixed acid or mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, and also resistant to corrosion by oxidizing salts such as FE+++, CU++ or other oxidants. Such as the corrosion of hypochlorite solution above normal temperature and seawater.

Platinum-iridium alloy

Used for all chemical substances, resistant to corrosion (such as acid, alkali, various salts), but not resistant to aqua regia.
