1. Introduction:
The stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: the sensor and the converter. It is based on the principle of Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5μS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volume flow of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspension liquids such as mud, ore pulp, and paper pulp. It is widely used in flow measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food and other industrial sectors, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.

4.Lining options:
The lining material should be selected according to the corrosive and abrasive temperature of the measured medium. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PIEE) lining has excellent resistance to strong acid and alkali corrosion, it also has reliable high temperature resistance, no deformation at high temperature, no color degradation performance of insulation resistance; Adhesive to other substances, smooth surface. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the medium with high viscosity (such as syrup) or the medium that is easy to scar (such as alumina), the strong corrosive medium (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, etc.), the medium with high temperature, or the occasion where the pipeline is washed by the steam department regularly and Foods with hygienic requirements (such as beer, milk, wort) can choose PTFE lining. 5.Choice of installation location:
In order to make the transmitter work stably, the following requirements should be paid attention to when choosing the installation location:
●Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and specific equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, large transformers, etc.), so as not to affect the working magnetic field and flow information of the sensor.
●It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as far as possible, and should not be installed in a humid place where water is easy to accumulate.
●Should try to avoid sun and rain, avoid ambient temperature higher than 45 ℃ and relative humidity greater than 95%
●Choose a place that is convenient for maintenance and activities
●The flow meter should be installed at the back end of the pump, never on the suction side; the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow meter.
