Features:
(1) This product uses the design principle of OVAL Company of Japan, and the generator adopts the triangular column design with the top angle forward. It is not the ladder column design adopted by most domestic manufacturers. Although it increases the production cost, it greatly increases the range of the product. In addition, the cross-sectional area, width, slope of the triangular column and the position of the triangular column in the body are proportional to the diameter of the pipe, so that
the accuracy and stability of the product are guaranteed.
(2) From DN20, the above specifications are all completed by one-time casting of the body and the triangular column, which reduces the deformation of the measuring hole caused by the welding triangle column and improves the stability of the vortex signal.
(3) From DN40, all the above specifications are built-in structure, that is, the measuring probe is embedded in the triangular column. Only a small amount of the domestic large-caliber adopting this structure, although increasing the difficulty of the process, has greatly improved the anti-interference ability of the product.
(4) The conversion of vortex signal uses digital signal processing technology (DSP) to break through the limitations of traditional analog methods for processing vortex signals, improve the detection sensitivity of vortex signals, and enhance the seismic performance of vortex flowmeters.
(5) Due to the above structure and digital signal processing technology, the flowmeter has been greatly expanded.Under normal circumstances, it can reach 1:10 ~1:20, mainly in the lower limit flow rate is obviously reduced, usually 1/4 – 1/2 of the ordinary vortex flowmeter.
