Product selection:
1. Before selecting the type, first determine the type and flow value of the measured medium (which can be an estimated value), and then select the vortex flowmeter according to the flow range corresponding to the vortex flowmeter in the measurement of different media. specification.
2. The flow rate of the measured medium in the pipeline must be within the flow range of the flowmeter. Otherwise, it cannot be used. The best is at 1/2~2/3 of the flowmeter flow range。
3. If the actual pipe diameter is larger or smaller than the selected flowmeter diameter, the shrinkage pipe or expansion pipe diameter should be used to ensure the correct use of the flowmeter.
4. According to the use of the vortex flowmeter, select the vortex signal output mode:
(1) When the measured medium is a compressible fluid, and the temperature and pressure of the field medium change greatly, it is recommended to use a vortex sensor with a pulse signal remote transmission and a flow totalizer with temperature and pressure compensation. Pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter or Pt100, need to be purchased separately.
(2) The flowmeter is installed in a well-equipped room without signal remote transmission. It only needs to read the flow value on the spot, and the flowmeter installation position is convenient for operation and data reading. It is recommended that the user select battery-powered direct reading on site. Vortex
flowmeter. However, if the flowmeter is installed outdoors and exposed to the atmosphere, the battery-powered direct-reading vortex flowmeter is generally not selected.
(3) When the installation environment of the flowmeter is poor or the installation location is not convenient for reading the flow value or centralized management on the spot, it is recommended to use the sensor that outputs the pulse signal and configure the flow totalizer, or with a standard current of 4~20mA. Output vortex transmitter。
(4) When it is necessary to observe the flow on the spot and transmit the signal at the same time, it is recommended to use the vortex transmitter with direct output and 4~20mA output at the same time
(5) When there is no need to read on site, only the standard signal is transmitted far away, it is recommended to use the vortex transmitter with 4~20mA standard current output.
