Wastewater flow measurement flowmeter application:

The wastewater flow measurement flowmeter is used to measure the volume flow of various conductive fluids or liquid-solid two-phase media in the pipeline. It is widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, water conservancy, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, petroleum, coal and other industrial fields to measure various acids, alkalis, salt solutions, mud, pulp, paper pulp, coal-water slurry, corn steep liquor, fiber pulp, syrup , lime milk, sewage, water supply and drainage, hydrogen peroxide, beer, wort, various beverages and other conductive liquid media volume flow.

Working principle of wastewater flow measurement flowmeter:

The wastewater flow measurement flowmeter is made based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, but the conductor that cuts the magnetic field lines is not a solid metal, but a fluid with a certain conductivity. When the conductive fluid moves in the measuring tube in the magnetic field to cut magnetic lines of force, an induced electromotive force is generated in the moving fluid. The electromotive force is detected by a pair of metal electrodes and sent to the converter for intelligent processing, and then converted into a standard signal of 4-20mA and output at 0-1kHz.

Its induced electromotive force E can be expressed by the following formula:
